In many cases the negotiation alone pays for the service. Add to that filtering out problem cars and the absence of expensive mistakes: one defect missed at purchase often costs thousands of euros. Everything is priced upfront - no hidden fees.
Nobody can give a 100% guarantee on a used car - and anyone who promises one isn't being honest with you. What we give you is the maximum: a specialist inspection, a test drive, an honest condition report and a maintenance plan with a budget. You make the decision with your eyes open - knowing what will need investment and when. And if a disputed situation ever arises, we always meet our clients halfway and do our best to help.
You don't have to. We explain what happens and when - Zulassung, TÜV, the forms, the appointments - in plain language, and we can take the registration itself off your hands - that is the €1,799 package, with the office fees and the plates included. For anything that needs a licensed adviser, like tax or insurance, we'll point you to one.
You pay the seller directly at the handover - the money for the car never passes through us. Our fee is invoiced separately, and we take no commission from dealers or sellers: we work for the buyer only, which is exactly why we can tell you to walk away from a car. And if we don't find your car, we don't charge for work we didn't do - you get your fee back in full.
